A very pleasant room, with specialized machines for each muscle group that you program initially according to your abilities, and then carry out the appropriate exercises, according to precise objectives, without any risk of injury. All under the constant supervision of a team of specialized physiotherapists.

This has enabled me to get rid of my aches and pains, regain good muscle strength and then take part in sporting activities with much greater ease.
